6 stars . There were six moving techs. Each deserves a star. I was so ill during the move, they made me feel confident. I didn’t have to supervise or tell them what I needed done. Latoya and the team showed up on time and worked until the job was complete. They handled my property with care. They were all respectful. A team like this is what makes ServiceMASTER! Great job team❣️
David was pleasant, courteous and helpful. The crew went out of their way to adjust for the children & family as we tried to live in & with the situation
Duke and Kevin gave exceptional service they were very thorough and kept me informed on what they were doing today while helping to restore my home after some rain damage
Guys that worked on water damage due to water heater leaking in my house were very nice, but they damaged my dining room table. They said the damage was already there before they started. I NEVER put anything on my table without a pad to prevent scratches. Even when they were trying to prove they did not do the damage, the pictures they sent me had their tools on the table. Suggest if you use them, make your own pictures of everything before and after
