I had 4 inches of water in my basement but the 2 guys who showed up (in a beat-up ServiceMaster van) never did anything. Nothing was signed, nothing was agreed on. They went downstairs, looked at the water, then spent an hour on the phone trying to find out the cost. After an hour, they told me it would be $3,500. I politely declined. I bought a pump for $108 and removed the water myself. Then, this week ServiceMaster by Ayotte sent me a bill for $332.72. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
