Would give them a 0 if I could. Absolutely terrible. Their East Syracuse NY branch has been the worst decision I've ever made by allowing them to our mitigation company through State Farm. The cut a gas line, never shut it off and just left my house without saying anything.
The worst company in the business, they have knocked my power out in 2 of my rooms 6/10/25 and have yet to come and restore the power back. And they were recommended to me by the insurance Adjuster . Stay away cause it looks like I may need a lawyer to get this resolved
A dead brand walking. Called every "ServiceMaster" and "ServiceMaster Restore" I could find a number for. Not a single callback. Ended up hiring helpers and did it myself. If you are waiting on a call from one of their shady franchisees, you'll probably wait forever. No Service; Masters of nothing.
ServiceMaster of St.Charles, Missouri tried to force me to sign documents stating they completed water mitigation when they did not. They attempted to defraud my insurance company. They pulled drying equipment being used in my home to use elsewhere without completing my mitigation. They woke me up on a Saturday morning, barged into my home and took all their equipment. Regarding your Saint Cloud Minnesota franchise Save yourself from a constant headache and dealing with people who refuse to have pride in the job they are contract to do. Out of all the people, over SEVERAL months (of excuses), that Servicemaster have sent to our home only one person has shown pride in their job. SM accepted the job back in October 24... it's January 25 and here I am, regretting every second of giving them our business.
