Call Penco Restoration and NOT ServiceMaster TL;DR ServiceMaster ruined my carpet by not drying out my basement, they forgot about me, and they want me to pay them for ruining my carpet. I had a unique circumstance where I had 2 remediation jobs happening at the same time. ServiceMaster was doing one job and Penco Restoration was doing the other. Service masters was on the list to clean up my basement due to my main water pipe burst. Please people don't use this place, they half clean my furniture and the manager Ms. Andrea & her asst Ms. Cindy are very unprofessional and this company shouldn't be in business at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They operate under several different company names and subcontract their work. I used this company in 2019 for water damage in my home. They did unauthorized, unneeded work not related to the leaks, tried to bill my insurance company for years, and when this con didn’t work - called me nearly 3 years later to threaten to put a lean on my home for $1,500. I shared my experience about a franchise in Baltimore service master was very dissatisfied with the work they performed I decided to call headquarters corporate to complain and they were very understanding haven't heard nothing yet
