Extremely Disappointed – Would Never Use Servicemaster Again We had a major attic fire in December 2023, with over $110,000 in damages affecting the attic, hallway, and Jas’s room. Servicemaster was brought in to handle the repairs. Their work was incredibly disappointing. Only one new door and 3 closet doors were installed in the entire house. Horrible company to bring into your home or businesses. Had valuable items stolen from my home and they wouldn’t take any responsibility for there employees actions until my Insurance Company got ahold of the CEO and told him to make things rights. If it wasn’t for my Insurance Company they wouldn’t had been held accountable for there employees actions. And according to there employees it’s a common thing that happens at the job sites there sent out to.
