Cassandra was very helpful in helping me through this process. The mitigation was professionally completed.
We had a flood in our master bath and bedroom and all of the moving parts to put us back together again were VERY confusing - water remediation, asbestos, testing, demolition, etc. When Alex reached out to us, he was like a breath of fresh air. My insurance found this company and I have had nothing but issues since day one with them. My water heater ruptured the day before Thanksgiving causing a massive amount of water damage.
