They were in Irvine today on Santa Clara and they were throwing junk all across the side walk while I tried to walk by.. one guy just missed hitting me and another guy ran into me .. These workers need a serious talking to and they give your company a bad name.

Cassandra was very helpful in helping me through this process. The mitigation was professionally completed. Alex and the team were extremely helpful in dealing with the insurance adjuster and in working with me to finalize everything to see the project to the end

(wish I could give negative stars!!) I am gobsmacked that, mathew bailey, the owner of servicemaster advanced restoration southern California treated me with such a lack of professionalism and tack that HE, and he alone, would be the reason NOT to hire this company. due to a conundrum with my insurance company, there was a delay in payment for an open invoice. suffice to say: I kept this company abreast of any waiting period in payment. the accountant understood. then here comes mathew bailey on his broomstick. mathew. with ... read more

We had a flood in our master bath and bedroom and all of the moving parts to put us back together again were VERY confusing - water remediation, asbestos, testing, demolition, etc. When Alex reached out to us, he was like a breath of fresh air. He patiently explained the process and the various steps, the relationships between our insurance company, a third-party and the companies actually doing the advance work.
