Completely inept over the phone. Unprofessional and I would not recommend this organization to any one!
Do not use ServiceMaster 380 if you can avoid it. My insurance company had them come and board up a broken plate glass window. They sent two guys, screwed two pieces of plywood to the patch I had already constructed (because they wouldn't send a crew out in bad weather), stuffed some insulation bats in the voids (no tacks or staples), and sent me a bill for more than $500. Their "fix" cost more than the actual repair. A total waste of money relative to the service they provided.
