SM had my rugs for one month. I was told one week. I needed to call to remind them . Quote,"we are busy." Finally,I was told to pick them up. I had requested a drop off. Drop off day and time arranged. No show,no call, reached out and a completely different time was quoted than what I asked for. Owner came into our place of business, I gave him an hour long tour which is what is needed for a quote 5/17/18. 2 Weeks later (6/1/18)I got an email from him "Christian Winterhoff" stating he apologized for the delay for the cleaning proposal and he would have it done by the weekend. Never heard from him again. This is very unprofessional and I would never recommend this company.
