Horrible. They didn’t commit with me at all, showed up at my house unannounced and I wasn’t home then said they would be there later never showed up and kept putting the job off for multiple days still haven’t showed up.

SM had my rugs for one month. I was told one week. I needed to call to remind them . Quote,"we are busy." Finally,I was told to pick them up. I had requested a drop off. Drop off day and time arranged. No show,no call, reached out and a completely different time was quoted than what I asked for.
