Mark was able to provide a second opinion and confirm our property's value prior to listing (which helped the buyer secure the necessary funding.)
Wayne was extremely professional. He also worked around our schedules and made himself available on a Sunday morning. This was for an urgent order and he was at the property within 24-48 hours of us contacting him. Lastly, he got the report prepared within 2-3 days as he had stated during our inspection! Highly recommend Wayne’s services!
Wayne was very patient explaining the process and answering all of the questions that I had. Service was prompt especially given that I needed it over the holiday season when many others were giving me a wait list until after the new year.
