A VERY frustrating experience. I will say that the actual auction process and interface works well. The issue with my experience was post-bidding / after auction closing. I was high bidder 3 times on a single property. I understand that it did not meet the reserve, but one could reasonably assume that after at least 4 attempts to auction this property with the same results each time... the reserve needs to be re-evaluated. Very sketchy experience. I called to ask a basic question about a property they’ve listed for auction multiple times, and they absolutely refused to disclose who the bank or owner of the property was. Any legitimate auction company should have no issue providing that information it’s standard. The listing has been on auction over three times, yet they wouldn’t give a straight answer about why, or who actually owns it. Very helpful.
They falsely put my fathers house up for auction. They are liars. How can you put a house up fpr auction thay you do not own? People have been comming to the house physically and harassing us. They showed up today 9/14/2025 and that was the last straw. This is unacceptable. We will take legal action if this continues. They even put the house on Zillow! absoultely insane!
