Chris and Arturo were both professional and friendly while repairing my damaged walls fire to a roof leak. They also cleaned up very well after they made the necessary repairs. I will use ServiceFirst Restoration for future repairs to my home. I highly recommend them.

Terrible service! It's taken months to get my install completed. The first tub was broken, the second tub had the wrong drain after they carried it all the way upstairs through my house. The workers showed up, laid some plastic down then dipped out to Home Depot for 2 hours before they discovered the wrong tub. Now I can't reach my coordinator Jason. Already wasted 3 vacation days dealing with this nonsense. Planning on filing with BBB as well. I'm not sure the employees they had in my house were licensed or even part of the... read more
