I really wanted them to succeed and I tried so hard to help them complete the project we agreed to but their unprofessionally made it impossible. They said they’d come out over a dozen times to complete the job, but instead they came up with excuse after excuse of why they couldn’t. A complete waste of my time communicating with them. It’s comical seeing the unprofessional responses to negative reviews that they’re still getting. They don’t know what they’re doing. They change their companies name after every time I presume they get sued. They cost my family $35,000 because they poured concrete in our garage and then used a hose to water it down? We even paid for the concrete up front because they couldn’t afford it, but we still got watered down concrete? Stop saying you never worked with these customers. Horrible experience dealing with this company they were paid in full subcontracted work. They don’t even have equipment they have a plastic tote. No way even to clean the job got nothing but complaints from the owner of the company. They message people at one in the morning all hours of the night complaining because we got paid money. I wish someone would of warned me about this company, they came out to just change door locks, it took over and hour and 50 minutes for one which wasn’t put on right had to call an locksmith right after they left to fix it, he he sent me an aggressive text for writing a bad review, hopefully it helps someone else to save them from the headache.

Your response to the prior review epitomizes the way you and your spouse run your company. Never demonstrating any professionalism or responsibility for the poor quality of work you do. My husband has the correct company. We have the contract with your address, your name, etc. If you are looking for a respectable and quality concrete company keep looking.
