I didn’t even use this company but I feel like I experienced the service anyway 😭 their driver (SW 115) was on the road moving like the CEO was watching in real time. No clue what they do, but based on that performance alone?? Oh they take their job SERIOUSLY. If that’s how they drive, I just know they not playing about their business 😂
I would highly recommend training your drivers to use those big reflective things on the side of the van instead of cutting people off then proceeding to wave the middle finger when the horn was used. I have dash cameras and will be forwarding this to local police.
Had a water leak and flood last evening after normal business hours. Was put in touch with Service Works and William who was on call came out within the hour. He checked the leak out went to purchase parts came back and had the leak fixed in record time. He then proceeded to suck out all the water from area floor and had floor almost completely dry by the time he left. William was polite and respectful and definitely knows his trade. Elvis and his team did a fabulous job. Replacing my worn-out heating an air conditioning system. I highly recommend them. The attention to detail is top-notch.
