Top tier customer service and support. We have an older crane and they’ve helped us service and troubleshoot it as well as provided fast replacement parts. STI makes some of the best cranes and service truck bodies available. 10/10
They haven't paid some of their employees since April 24th!!! Do not recommend working for them, especially after finding out about them stealing 401ks
