We had service today install a new furnace and heat pump a few years ago and paid extra for a service plan and scheduled maintenance. Now for the last year the company has not returned our phone calls or emails for our annual hvac check up. We had to pay another hvac company to repair our heat pump, when our service today plan should have covered us. Service Today offered to reimburse us with furnace filters for having another company fix the heat pump ($389.00), Then ghosted us. The last time we heard from Service Today the... read more
1 star is generous. 0 was not an option. First, too big of Furnace installed. Then, eventually replaced with smaller one 3 years ago. Last year they wanted $10k + to get that up to specs. This year down to $5k. Horrible company!
