Hourly rate for diagnosis? Got connected with this company through HSA, otherwise I would not have used them. My hot water pressure suddenly dropped to about 10% of normal.They sent a guy down the next morning after I called. He was a younger guy, didn't work too fast, didn't communicate what he was doing or what he thought was going on. He also did not describe their pricing model.
