Last night my heat stopped working. I was initially told by the management company that the OWNER came this afternoon to fix it. After this review was posted the management company said the repairman was not an owner. I only know he was representing the company. He told me the system was running when he arrived. I chose this company over Champion Experts because of price. Turns out it was less expensive because it's inferior product and service. Lack of returns in the bedrooms is what drove the price down, so go to Champion and see what they can do. I've worked with Champion for over a decade with my other house and have NEVER had a problem.
