Recently purchased and installed a new set of tires here, after two attemps to properly balance the tires they were still incorrect. Had to pay another shop to properly balance the tires. Never had this issue until recently as I have purchased multiple sets if tires here. The owner should invest in a road force balance machine at one of the locations for these types of issues. It's disappointing to have to pay installation fees just to have to pay more elsewhere for a correct balance.
Super Greet!!! Price, Service, Smiles!!!
I went in to get my tires checked and the service was just okay. The team was friendly enough, but I felt like I was waiting around for a really long time before anyone could actually look at my car. They eventually got the job done and everything seems fine now, but it was just a pretty average experience overall. It works if you are in a pinch, but do not expect them to be the fastest place in town.
Best place ever . And the nicest staff ! mr dougs crews will be the only people that will maintenance my vehicles .
