Duke and Rick are stand up guys. Dealership told me I needed to replace the rear sub-frame for my vehicle due to a bushing going bad and wanted upwards of $3k for the service. Took it to STAR for a second opinion and come to find out that the bushings are fine and the only real issue was a missing nut on one of the stabilizers. $50 repair and my vehicle is handling like a champ again. Will definitely come back in the future when something comes up with the car.
Took my car in for an alignment. This was the 2nd shop that I brought it too. The first place tried saying I needed a new wheel hub assembly for one of the front tires, but refused to say which side, and outer tie rods on both. Rick saved a lot of money with his honesty. The car didn't need anything but an alignment. I will definitely bring car back to him in the future and refer all my friends. Thanks
I spoke with Duke about the concerns I was having with my car. He was very thorough and listened to what I described. I made my appointment for the next day and when I arrived, I was introduced to the head mechanic, Ricky. He too, listened and then took my car for a test drive to check for my concerns and ran a quick diagnostic check on my fluids, belts. All tested fine and looked clean.
