Didn't even bother showing up. – Talked with someone at Service Tech and made an appointment for the 23rd at 10:30 a.m. for a carpet cleaning -- I confirm all my appointments verbally at the end of the conversation and said, "Okay the 23rd, a Saturday, at 10:30, yes?" "Yep, see you then!" says appointment-making dude. Then wrote I it down in my calendar. The cleanest our carpets have been since they were brand new. – Service Tech came out and cleaned our carpets and they worked at it until all the stains were removed. Our carpet was as clean as they have ever been. Not only did they do a great job, but a week later we had an accident and we stained the carpet again in several places. I gave them a call and they were out the very next day and got the stains out. They not only did a great job, but they are very knowledgeable and friendly. Talk about great customer service!!
