Absolutely disappointed with the service. I’ve had to make three separate trips to this supply house for a simple order, and each time, the parts were either missing, not pulled, or just not ready — despite being told they would be. This has cost me time, gas, and delays on my job. Communication is poor and there's no sense of urgency or accountability. If you value your time and reliability, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere.
My AC capacitor went out on a Saturday. I called at 11:35 am, and they close at Noon; I told them I lived out of Fannin Rd but was headed that way ASAP! I broke all the posted speed limits to get to town by noon to pick up a new one. Excellent customer service and care! Maybe my husband can get a job there!
