The staff are amazing. Special shoutout to Maria for her amazing customer service. I brought my car in for an oil change and after my car was inspected it was brought to my attention that my brake pads needed to be replaced along with some other maintenance work. They got it done in a few hours and I also got a ride to and from my house via Lyft. If you live in or around the Cypress area, definitely hit up Rooster Ridge Car Care. They will take very good care of you.

State inspection. Fast and easy.
As a woman I always feel swindled by mechanic shops. I simply went for a DMV inspection and of course I passed, but then the guy brings me a list of work that needs to be done. Mind you I just moved to Houston so I had all work done before I got here. He said you need a tune up and filter, I said that was done 3 weeks ago. He’s like they didn’t note it in the Carfax report . I’m like your mechanics can’t see that they are new as well as the filter. And then I get to the register to pay for the inspection and he says…oh yea h... read more
