I came away from this experience feeling like we were being pressured into thousands of dollars of repairs we didn’t actually need. My husband originally went in for a tire that needed to be plugged. Instead, he was told one of the rear shocks was damaged and that the entire rear shock and mount assembly (on both sides) needed to be replaced, along with a new tire.
