RecommendedGreat experience. Our battery died just down the street. Was able to get a jump and got it to Service Street 20 minutes before they closed. Excellent service to replace my battery (located under passenger seat) and had me out the door in no time. They also took the time to run a diagnostic to make sure the only issue was the battery. I would definitely take my car back for routine service and any other needs.

Awesome, honest, affordable, love these guys!
I had a appointment at 9 for a oil change. Got here at 850, they asked me to park and it 930 now. No one has came in and I’m still sitting here. They are cleaning windows. They seem to not care about someone who made a appointment
It was 98° outside I made an appointment for a ailment. 1pm we showed up at 12:38pm. I was told about 1 hr. I than got a phone call at 1:55pm they where just getting ready to start on my truck. We give it till 3pm. We walk in the guy behind the counter could give to shits that my truck was not worked on yet. They pulled it in. I asked how long he snips out another hour. Hell no! We really like Service Street - Aurora. They’re friendly, honest and try their best to solve whatever issue you have with your vehicle. Just picked up our car and Eddie went out of his way to find a discount coupon for us. Great Customer Service!
It seems extremely suspicious that the majority of comments on this page are positive reviews. If I could give ZERO stars to this place, I would. DO NOT GO HERE FOR OIL CHANGES!!!! I have had two oil change services on two different vehicles. Both times the oil was not completely filled. The first time the oil level was so low that the warning indicator came on. Quick, friendly helpful service
they did what I wanted them to do but when I got my car back there was an alarm that wasn't going off before I brought it to them;not only that put the headlights and the front of the car wasn't put on straight
After calling to inquire if I had an oil change left on my account. I was rudely spoken to and the "gentleman" made me feel as though I was stupid for not knowing. I would have gladly paid to have an oil change done with being out of the 5 pack but after the completly unnecessary response given to me I will take my car somewhere else. I have been a customer for 2 years and have recommended your service unfortunately after this I will not. Very disappointing.
