What a joke of a company...
Absolutely shocking to deal with. I was told by urban utilities Comdain had 3 days to respond to an installation request. 7 days later I have head nothing. I have called 5 times and emailed twice with no answer or response. This lag time to respond and freeze out of contact along with not responding within the 3 business days is completely unacceptable. Steer clear if you want anything done within any sort of reasonable timeframe.
