They came to my house at nighttime, they said I needed a part in my heating system, even tho the other person who came to see the thermostat didn’t say anything about a part needed, I had to wait for 3 days for the piece, they didn’t tell me the piece was going to be 550$ to replace till the day they came, I had already payed them 100$ to come to my house. I looked it up online the part was only 35 bucks but I guess the labor was 600$, they put in the part and the heating system is working , I am just very unhappy with the p... read more

Don’t waste your time. Not local and said they were not accepting new customers. I had to find this out over 8 hours after the initial person told me they would come within 24 hours.
Had a couple of very nice, well mannered Young gentlemen from service specialists come out to do a few things at a restaurant i work at earlier today. I'm not the one who paid for the work to be done, i just kind of happened to be around while they were working and they were very friendly towards me. Driver cut me off in a round about and then preceeded to SLAM on his brakes in the middle of the round about. Truck #2284 Cottage Grove 12-10-24 at 11:13am. If you want video I have it as well. Horrible and I will never do business with this company again die to your employees reckless driving. Wouldn't want him servicing anything on my home.
