I had a water issue on the hall floor of my condo. SSR arrived and said that there was mold throughout my hallway. I was skeptical, because none was visible, but I said OK. Then they took a saw and literally cut my hallway in half - doors, frames, jambs, hinges, baseboards, everything - and threw it all away. They even threw away the metal bottom tracks to my closet doors and didn't bother to replace them. When I asked how hinges and metal tracks could possibly be moldy, they just said that they were.
