We had a major flood in our home and needed some remodeling work done. service solutions was exceptionally quick to come out and help us get a quote however, after speaking to the project manager on the phone to get the appropriate documentation for our insurance so we could get the job started I was not treated kindly. We recently engaged Service Solutions for a pressing plumbing issue in our newly purchased home. Despite their initial responsiveness, our experience took a turn for the worse due to their handling of our situation. The plumber, Travis, had to remove our toilet to address the problem, promising to return in a few days to complete the job.
