I don't know where to begin with this one -- they were responsive at the beginning (new construction, they installed the HVAC unit) with minor issues, prices were fair -- the house and it's components are only 2.5yrs old. Since then, I've had major leaks from the hot water heater (they installed), and the HVAC. One of the motorized damper control arms fell off!!
