The person who came was very pushy and not upfront about the costs. I ended up renting one dehumidifier for 3 days, and they charged me over $1,500, even though the person who came said it would be between $140 and $160 per day. This was horrible service and terrible customer service. Do not recommend!!!

Service Restoration is an excellent company to work with. Had some water damage and used them to rebuild my home. Overall great experience! Rebuild estimator Wyatt and Rebuild PM Adam are great to work with. They helped me deal with my insurance adjuster who was super difficult and not exactly the easiest to deal with. Appreciate all the assistance and couldn't ask for a better company. :)

Can't say enough good things about Service Restoration. I had some water damage that flooded my house and chose the wrong contractor initially. I then brought in Service Restoration and they cleaned everything up properly in no time! Kept me informed the entire way and responded to all my questions and issues. I wouldn’t recommend this company as they took my project and didn’t complete it. Found out they were not gonna finish the project until a week after because I reached out. There was no communication on what was going on and what we’re gonna be the next steps. Their own words “they took more than they could handle” and I need to contact another contractor to finish the job. A worker pulled out a smoke pen and smoked it with another worker and one of my one of the employees and myself seen. They did not see us but we could smell it inside as they walked by too. I was thinking of reporting it, but I can see there’s multiple complaints of some of these kinds of things happening with them. Would hate to see someone find one in my workplace. This is unacceptable.
