Very happy with the company. Have unfortunately had to use them twice. They were great both times. Communication was easy and fast. The technicians were professional, yet friendly, and explained everything. Quality of work seemed very good. I will add that one technician made a mistake but this is not a negative. Mistakes sometimes happen. It's how the company handles it that matters. I got ahold of someone immediately and they had someone to the house very quickly. I would highly recommend service restoration. From the beginning the communication was outstanding. Isaiah came out after I experienced water damage. He went above and beyond. It was an extremely stressful situation and he was professional, hard working and patient. He made sure I understood everything and was so patient with my questions. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL SERVICE!
