This company completely wasted our time and money. We hired them to clean up water damage in our house, but they did a poor job. Since we couldn’t stay in the house while the cleaning was being done, we returned three days after they claimed to have finished — only to find that the job was nowhere near complete. At best, they cleaned about 60% of what was required. Everything seemed fine before I made the payment. I paid $2,500 two weeks ago, and since then, I haven't received any of the promised services. What's worse, they’ve stopped responding to my messages entirely. This is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. I trusted them, and now I feel like I’ve been scammed. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before doing business with them.
They are here to come after your insurance claim in full or more. Be careful signing a work order before getting an estimate. I made that mistake and they started their work and never sent me an estimate while my bill increased significantly day to day. About $2000 a day and I was never told of any kind price estimate even after multiple attempts trying to figure out what kind of price I’m looking at all they were worried about is what kind of insurance check I’m getting.
