After our house flooded on a friday evening, our landlord contacted service restoration to come and remedy the situation. They showed up SUNDAY NIGHT. All they did was show up and take photos, and said they couldnt do anything else without "approval" . Left my home with a bunch of water all over the floors. They also "assured" my landlord that there would be no concern for mold growth, yet COIT came out the next day and found moisture contamination in nearly every single wall!!
