To anyone thinking of using this service, use cautionary discretion. They were not upfront or clear about the final pricing. A week after paying out my bill in total, I was contacted again about an additional $2,000 charge that I was not previously aware of, nor was it acknowledged in the original estimate. When I expressed that I did not agree to the additional charges, I was told, "Sorry, we should have sent an amended contract." Very happy with the company. Have unfortunately had to use them twice. They were great both times. Communication was easy and fast. The technicians were professional, yet friendly, and explained everything. Quality of work seemed very good. I will add that one technician made a mistake but this is not a negative. Mistakes sometimes happen. It's how the company handles it that matters. I got ahold of someone immediately and they had someone to the house very quickly.
