We had some water on our bathroom ceiling and we called Service Restoration for help in identifying the problem. About 20-30 minutes after calling, Salvador was on our front step ready to help. He was very knowledgeable and showed me what he found. It’s nice to have a company to call to put your mind at ease while trying to fix the problem. I will be calling them again in the future if I have other trouble. Appreciate Salvador’s quickness and professionalism. Thanks!

We recently encountered a water damage issue in the wall separating two finished basement rooms, which unfortunately led to mold growth. I am a property manager and had Service Restoration come out to my property for a water leak. They came out immediately. John Koblas was very professional, and his communication was extraordinary. Also, Chue Moua mitigation coordinator has been on top of everything, and his communication has been extraordinary as well making sure that the issue gets resolved.

My husband and i were thrown into a difficult situation this year with the unexpected death of a family member which caused us to have to clean up and empty not one, but two homes. It has been a LOT of work and we are still reeling from it all. Imagine our horror to wake up on a Monday morning to 3 inches of not just water in our basement, but sewage!!
