I am a property manager and had Service Restoration come out to my property for a water leak. They came out immediately. John Koblas was very professional, and his communication was extraordinary. Also, Chue Moua mitigation coordinator has been on top of everything, and his communication has been extraordinary as well making sure that the issue gets resolved.

My husband and i were thrown into a difficult situation this year with the unexpected death of a family member which caused us to have to clean up and empty not one, but two homes. It has been a LOT of work and we are still reeling from it all. Imagine our horror to wake up on a Monday morning to 3 inches of not just water in our basement, but sewage!! When my basement flooded, I was so glad I called Service Restoration. They arrived quickly, were able to dry out my basement with their high-tech equipment, and my basement was restored to working order in no time. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs to get their basement or home dried out quickly and professionally. They are the best flood cleanup company in Eden Prairie.
