Called to setup quote appointment last week, We set it up for Tuesday the 7th. Said would call if something sooner opened up. There was no call to confirm Tuesday's appointment, no call and no show on day/time of appointment. Total disconnect with lady requiring my full name and email address to be entered in system. Just unprofessional overall experience.
