I contacted Service Pro because my plumber recommended them as he can longer do heavy-lifting related work. His recommendation proved excellent. I experienced pleasant and helpful customer service from Service Pros’ office to the technician, Vince. Vince was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He took care of the immediate plumbing problems and did an overall assessment, which included cost estimates. I will call Service Pro again.
I had a client that just closed on a house and the plumbing shower handle broke, I called Service Pros and they got out within minutes! They were able to diagnose the problem, give me 3 options of repair, and I was able to feel comfortable with the option I chose. They did a fantastic job, kept me updated the entire time, even gave me a report at the end with pictures of everything that was repaired/replaced. I really appreciated the quick professional service from Service Pros on a recent project. I was installing a larger kitchen window and low and behold there was plumbing where I didn't expect it. They quickly resolved the issue and also changed out my sump pump. The pricing was fair for the Rochester Market. Thanks for the great work!
I had a leak in my bathroom that caused damage to the basement. Vince came out and inspected all over and gave his input on where the leak was coming from. Then once we had it dried out he was able to give even more details on what was going on, provided me with estimate to get it fixed so I could work with insurance company. Also while there did a full inspection on rest of my plumbing in my house to truly give me Piece of Mind!
