Service Pros Inc. is a total scam. They replaced my slab coil and condenser, only to leave the system leaking refrigerant everywhere, rendering my AC useless. When I demanded they fix their incompetent work, they flat-out refused, hiding behind their laughable 30-day warranty. No accountability, no skill, just a trail of broken promises and a butchered job. Their technicians are clueless, and their customer service is a disgrace. Service Pros came out for my warranty job on my Water Heater. They fixed the issue timely and I had very little non covered cost .
