Great service by the technician Dustin. They were able to come out the same day my AC went out. I called in the morning and by afternoon my AC was running and working, blowing cooler air then before. This company is fantastic. Daniel and Mikey came out and found a leak in a water pipe outside the house, under the concrete. This was a significant repair. I would highly recommend to anyone needing their expertise and will use again when needed.
The technician started out fine but then left and returned with a major attitude. He was extremely rude to both my mother and my sister, so much so in fact the technician had them both in tears. I am just sorry I wasn’t here. To make matters worse, I just saw the invoice and the technician fabricated a scenario in which they were the villains. Unbelievable! Totally unprofessional and we will never use them again.
