Had Service Professor out for a pre-winter inspection on my 2year old furnace. They sent Will Hollis out to check it out. He was on time,very courteous and knowledgeable. He noticed issues (showed me) with Installation By a different company.. he fixed the issues. And had suggestions for things I can do myself. I would definitely recommend Will /Service Professor. Thanks again Will 👍

He was friendly and clean and professional. He checked out our furnace and contrary to what I thought he gave us a clean bill of health for our furnace. I figured once he got in here he would figure out something to say in order to do work on our furnace.
Josh was wonderful. Arrived on time, provided clear information and project completion time frame. Great job, so glad I went with Service Professor!
