Had Service Professor out for a pre-winter inspection on my 2year old furnace. They sent Will Hollis out to check it out. He was on time,very courteous and knowledgeable. He noticed issues (showed me) with Installation By a different company.. he fixed the issues. And had suggestions for things I can do myself. I would definitely recommend Will /Service Professor.
