These guys do the landscaping in my apartment complex. They never clear the leaves around the terrace, ground level, apartments. They don't blow the leaves in common areas behind buildings that face the main drive. Now, the leasing office area and the parking spaces look great. But around the AC units and some of the breezeway entrances....poor jobs. The only time they did 5 star service is their first time on property. Ever since.....2 star.
