His work is good and prices are super reasonable. Communication is nonexistent though. We had things go missing from our garage while they were working and we're apparently out almost $2,000 for solar panels that we paid for and never received. He won't answer texts and it's more than a month. I would say don't let them use your garage to store their stuff and don't give him any money until the job is done.
