Stay away!!!! Worst realty company...you'll regret it, I know I did. In the process of a $275,000 transaction, for cause, I had to terminate the agent's services on October 16, 2017. The company only had ONE agent (the one I dismissed) and couldn't provide a replacement agent. Thus I terminated Service Plus LLC on October 18, 2017. On October 23, I asked the owner, Mrs. Morrison Baker to forward the earnest money to title company and on October 25, she said they would be doing so (see email below).
