Justin and his team are the ONLY people I trust to give me a straight answer on all things plumbing. They have been my Go To plumbers now for close to 10 years. They worked in my home and the homes of my Mom and friends and each time, they have raved about the quality of service and pricing. They also tell you the truth of what is happening also……. My technician, Lilo, and the second technician were timely and skilled! They gave me a 15-minute courtesy call which gave me time to head home. They explained the problem right away and were at work immediately! They repaired my leaky pipes under the bathroom sink within 20-30 minutes and showed me what they did and turned the water on for a bit to show me that it wasn’t leaking anymore. $75 to just give a quote is expensive. I understand they need to be paid for their time but that’s too much. It is applied if you purchase their service but if you don’t it’s a fee to just come to look.
