Dose not allow you check in without a credit card most places allow you to pay the deposit but this place made a big deal about it they did end up letting us stay at the end off all of it after me explaining my situation but just a heads up over all a good hotel beds were a bit lumpy

We just went for breakfast n the hash browns where under cooked they were still cold n raw inside n there eggs were uncooked I told the cook she come n gets the hash browns n says the bag says they r fully cooked just gotta warm them she puts them in the microwave 🤮 the hot tub was even hot also we had our 6 month in there for a long time it was warm enough for her not to get to warm or do cold but ain't a hot tub supposed to be hot lmao

The staff was very accommodating for my mom's little birthday party cake eating, and allowed us to use the Breakfast room. And also allowed us to use the pool as well. I just didn't like the window blinds in the room, they let a lot of light through. And we needed a freezer for our freezer packs for travel. The in-room fridge wasn't adjustable and didn't offer a freezer. And I would have preferred to be able to keep the fan on for better temperature control. The AC wasn't adjustable enough for me. The staff called the police on a woman who was just sitting on the benches in front of the hotel. The actions from the staff made me feel unsafe and worried they would call the police on anyone for just minding their pwn business. Will not be staying here again and I cannot recommend this place to anyone else.
