Majority of staff are good and make me feel like I am at home there.
Nice and quiet, beds were comfy. Got an upgrade without asking! Standard breakfast buffet with eggs, hash browns, bacon or sausage. Juices, coffee, milk, yogurt, fruit, toast and cereals. Pancakes, margarine and syrup. Pool was fun, not busy, hot tub is decent. Gym was nice too! Parking is plenty, 2 restaurants across the hotel in the same parking lot. Casino was next door. Fun and convenient.
Had a great stay at this hotel. The check in process with Leanne at the front desk was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable.
The night auditor(front desk ) lady working on Saturday August 21st was super rude. She had no customer service skills. Definitely pulling down the clientele in that hotel. Your pool was closed for maintenance. Your breakfast was ok.
