I am a local business owner in Payson, Az and have used Service Plus for the past two years and have been on a service contract with them during that time. On June 9, 2022, I reported that our ice maker wasn't working and they came out to fix it on June 10th. On June 11th, it still wasn't fixed and they wanted to charge their emergency rate to come out on a Saturday, even though they were just there the day before and said it was fixed.
