Mike was here doing Preventive maintenance on our rooftop units. He was very kind and courteous. This company has has the upmost professionalism and is great to deal with.
Service Plus and Mike Karlin did a great job ensuring that I was happy with the installation of my new steam humidifier. Throughout the process, Mike was very patient and answered all of my questions. And even when there were hurdles, like the need for a new smart thermostat or the relocation of a water hammer arrestor, Mike came back to ensure everything was working as intended and I was happy with the final result. I highly recommend Service Plus and will be calling them the next time I need any HVAC work done!
