We have worked with Service Plus for a few years and continue to be happy with their service. Their techs are prompt, professional, and take the time to thoroughly answer any questions we've had. It can take a while (weeks sometimes) to schedule regular maintenance service with them in peak times, even with their service plan, but it's worth the wait for non-emergencies like that.
Extremely overpriced!!!!! Would never use again. Office staff doesn't care, manager was to return call and never did.
Tech came out for routine service and was very thorough and helpful.
Friendly and thorough. I appreciated the fact that the technicians do not work on commission. He was very informative.
Service Plus did a great job of repairing my unit and provided professional service!
Do not use this company. They screwed up on the simplest request after I had given them my credit card. Big Oooops there! Unfortunately, in order to enter this I have to give them at least a one star rating. DARN! They DO NOT even deserve that!
