Joe was very friendly. He was able to connect his equipment from his van to our second floor apartment. Right after he was done our carpet looked good, but a few days later we found out that the stains were worse. He cleaned our carpet very quickly but if he had taken more time we think he might have gotten more of the stains out. The spilled gunk we had wanted removed was just brought to the surface. We had to manually scrub with Resolve to get the spots clean. 2 stars because he was pleasant.
Wow i just saw my friends new carpet which had just been cleaned by Service Plus Carpet Cleaning . These guys are simply amazing. When he told me how well they worked on his carpet and how clean they left the place i knew i had to find them to complement them. We've had Joe out 3-4 times to clean our carpets. He does an outstanding job AND he's a really nice guy. So happy that we have a service provider whose work is high quality and that we're very comfortable having in the house.
