Great local spot to get name branded photo gear. Staff is knowledgeable, but be prepared to pay significantly more than B&H (as well as having to pay tax! Booooo). Trade in prices are BS but understandable for business reasons. They need to make at least 25% on resale, so you can get more selling private or through the various online forums and groups. If you have gear questions and CANT get an answer through the well rounded online photo community, this is your place to go.
