they get a big 0, i walked in there with $10,000 cash to put down on a truck or SUV and the first thing they ask is if im interested in non certified, i say no, then they say all sales people are busy while their at their desks on the phones, 2 of them have customers but the rest are just looking at me. Disgusting service!!!!! I only put a star so I can post this
I have been to this location a couple of times and I am unsure if they are being thorough when they inspect the vehicle or are they doing the bare minimum in service according to the package. I went in on december 9,2024 for a regular car service and I thought all was good and dandy. A month later I find my back brakes are rusted (making a loud noise) and calipers need to be replaced. Amanda and the friendly staff at Whitby Toyota never fail to go above and beyond. They managed to squeeze me in for service on short notice before the long weekend.
