they get a big 0, i walked in there with $10,000 cash to put down on a truck or SUV and the first thing they ask is if im interested in non certified, i say no, then they say all sales people are busy while their at their desks on the phones, 2 of them have customers but the rest are just looking at me. Disgusting service!!!!! I only put a star so I can post this
I have been to this location a couple of times and I am unsure if they are being thorough when they inspect the vehicle or are they doing the bare minimum in service according to the package. I went in on december 9,2024 for a regular car service and I thought all was good and dandy. A month later I find my back brakes are rusted (making a loud noise) and calipers need to be replaced.
