Really poor experience with this company through American Home Shield. Was provided an astronomical price to replace an evaporator coil. Immediately got a 2nd opinion and found that the coil was actually covered by the manufacturer in extended warranty. That seems like a very basic thing a company of integrity checks for to do right by their customer. I ended up saving over $2600 by going through a different company. Every person from customer service to in-person service was personable and kind. Josh took the time to explain the problem and options clearly. Tanner and Aaron completed the repair and made sure to clean up afterward. So glad our AC is back up and running

This company was assigned to me by my home warranty for an A/C tuneup. They told me everything was fine. One week later the A/C failed.

Absolutely awful service. Our AC condensation was leaking into our bathroom, which caused the door to swell. We contacted American Home Shield, who assigned the job to this company. The so-called “technician” they sent didn’t even open the trap because “it was flooded.” Without inspecting anything else, he confidently claimed the leak came from the building’s sprinkler system. Service was very professional and efficient. They arrived in the scheduled window and quickly replaced a capicitor in my unit an got it back up an running.
