I called at 5pm on Saturday, 4 days before Christmas. It’s now 7pm and my heat is back running. Fantastic customer service. Dave is hands down the best!
Had a great experience with this company this week and prompt service when our heat system broke in middle of freezing weather. From Cassie Admin to Ethan the mechanic and Eric the owner, would call again in a heartbeat.
So it’s been a week….. But my earlier post a couple of months ago about GA POWER? Bill increase????? I’m talking like my bill tripled since January - but I need to verify that wasn’t on GA Power!!!! That was on SERVICE NOW- they were called 3 years ago to come fix our ac- after 3 attempts we finally got cool air and yes this was in the summer - 100 degree weather!!!
