Brought my Kubota in for service. Although the service was not up to standards that I was expecting, I have to commend Victoria, who went above and beyond to make things right. Greatly appreciate her taking time to discuss & explain my experience.

I found myself in a tight spot. Joe Barlow helped me source a plow and everything needed to put a plow on my RTV and Victoria (I apologize if I remember her name wrong) was able to get everything installed properly and quickly. Then the delivery driver worked late to get it back to me when I needed it. They all were great!!!
