Excellent service from Service Medic and Sam. He quickly diagnosed and replaced the fan motor in one of our AC units and performed maintenance on both systems. Sam was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The units are running great, and I appreciate the quality work and outstanding customer service. Sam and Adil did a fantastic job for us on our A/C system. They were the first to call back from our calls for help - INCLUDING the HVAC company we are contracted with!
