Sam and Adil did a fantastic job with our AC! They were on time, professional, and really knew what they were doing. Their expertise in renovating our 19-year-old AC system was immediately clear. Since they started working on it, the system runs smoother, quieter, and more efficiently than it has in years. Highly recommend them if you need honest and reliable service! On a side note, my dad recommended them me and he's been happy with them for over 10 years.

Over the past 10yrs I have worked with a few of the major HVAC companies servicing the Holly Springs, NC area, none of them have compared to what Sam and his company Service Medic have provided for us. Sam has always had a very fare price without feeling like I was getting bait and switched, he is very thorough and honest with his estimates, he has fantastic communication, and has a quick turnaround. I can’t thank him and his team enough for the service he has provided us.
Poor Reputation. Does anyone know Sam A's real name? Their company does not have a license, but pretends to have one. When they get a project, they outsource it to a small third-party company.
My upstairs AC went out on a Wednesday afternoon. Sam stopped by the next day and took a look at the unit. He recommended a total replacement as everything was 25+ years old. I asked for a quote and braced myself for the estimate. After the initial sticker shock (is anything on a house cheap?), I checked with my neighbors who had similar systems replaced recently.
