The Service Medic team, Sam and Adil, are as good as it gets when you need service for your HVAC system or require a new one. They are timely, professional, and courteous. They provide excellent service at a fair price. I highly recommend them.
These guys are the best. I’ve used Sam for a new AC/heat pump install, and a cleaning for a different unit. He is fast to respond, fast to schedule work, great communication, and fair pricing unlike a lot of big companies. Highly recommend.
Absolutely the best around! They came to the house and gave me the most thorough inspection of my existing unit. Described all the issues and shared why they would recommend a new unit. The quote for the new unit was significantly better than my other three quotes. And the service, wow!!! Best service I have experienced! These guys know there stuff and treat you like family. Medic Heating & Air Conditioning did a great job for us. There was a small hiccup after the repair and the system did not start up correctly. We were not home at the time, so they could not confirm the fix on-site. As soon as we reached out, they came back the very next day, drove nearly an hour and a half, and corrected it without charging anything extra. They were patient, straightforward, and explained everything clearly. The five-star ratings are not wrong. I would happily work with them again.
Sam and Adil did a great job with replacing our HVAC system. They were very straightforward and you could easily tell that they were putting our best interest first. Sam did a fantastic job outlining the work needed to be done and provided his professional opinion in a easy to understand way. They were quick and very focused on the details surrounding the job. I highly recommend calling Sam for his expert advise and he will be my first and only call for any future HVAC questions/work that I will need. Thanks!
