Sam came out earlier this year when we were in a bind with our AC system going out in the middle of the summer. He got us a fair quote and replaced the entire unit within a few days. He also helped set up the unit for the winter and has been extremely professional and easy to work with. We will recommend service medic to anyone with HVAC needs!
My daughter and son-in-law referred us to Service Medic after they replaced their HVAC system. Sam and Adel were very prompt and professional. Sam was honest to what we needed fixed, but we decided to get a whole new HVAC system at a very reasonable price. What a great experience! A friend who had used Sam twice before recommended him to me when he discovered that I was considering replacing my HVAC system. A phone call, a visit the following day, a handshake and a new Trane system installed two days later. Sam did everything promised professionally and at a great value! Unequivocally recommended! Sam was a great find to help with our HVAC needs. Very thoughtful and a delight to deal with. I really appreciate the time he took to explain and answer my questions in a teaching manner. He made what could have been a nightmare a very painless process, and did so in a timely manner for a great value. I will be so glad to recommend him in the future to anyone with HVAC needs.
Sam and his team are awesome - highly recommended. They replaced my failed upstairs heat pump with a new Trane system. Their price was great; install was quick and very professional. I also used them to service my older downstairs gas pack. They responded quickly; showed up on time; completed the work quickly; and for a fair price. You won't find a better HVAC company to work with!!
